Testing notes: The LOQ 15 stood out for good gaming performance for the money, fans that ran quieter than most other gaming laptops, decent battery life for an Intel config, easy upgrades, a solid plastic build, and surprisingly decent speakers. Trade-offs: The main compromise is the 1080p screen has a slow response time and the included 170W charger can drain the battery under sustained full load.
